We love Christmas...

Already on the gravel path to Bockholmen, warmth and light spread from our many lanterns and the stars of Christmas. Fragrances caress from the fir branches and the delightful classic Christmas buffet that is imminent.

We welcome you with our homemade mulled wine, and those who wish can take the chance to kiss under the mistletoe.  

When darkness falls and hopefully the snow has begun to cover the ground, we will set up our exclusive Christmas buffet for the 22nd year in a row.

The Christmas buffet is set up on November 26th and is open all the way to December 30th.  This means that you can celebrate Christmas Eve with us and continue to celebrate Christmas with the family during the days in between:)

We welcome groups of up to 30 people and start the evening with mulled wine and gingerbread on the veranda before we enjoy a classic herring service that comes to your table, followed by a visit to the laid table located in the space between the kitchen and the dining room.

Of course, the whole roasted piglet is at the center and mingles with our favorites from the traditional Christmas buffet.

With us, you should not feel rushed, as we give you plenty of time during all our gatherings so you can enjoy all 9 servings that our guide prescribes. Just relax and enjoy the experience in our fantastic merchant villa (psst, there’s a rumor that we have Stockholm's longest sitting times).

New this year is that we serve the Christmas buffet even on Christmas Eve and the days in between. In other words, no stress:)
