Mathias Pilblad is the artist behind Bockholmen Sea & Restaurant. He’s in charge of making your visit to Bockholmen a culinary experience beyond the ordinary.

Mathias breakthrough came when he won OS in cooking with the Swedish Culinary Team in 1996, an achievement he also managed to repeat in 2000. He has cooked on TV and participated in cooking books, the last one being “Mathias Philblad Chicken on Friday”. His career as a chef started in 1993 and Mathias has also been part of starting up Dalarö Skans and Djurgårdsbrunn.

Mathias is also a passionate sailor, something that has probably contributed to his move closer to the sea.
